Wig Cap Liner is designed to be placed over someone's own head of hair so all the hair can be tucked underneath holding it flat against the head. The wig is placed on top of the wig cap liner and has some holding power for the wig cap. Elastic stocking-like material can stretch to fit most all head sizes.
